Jonathan W. Hobbs (Wade) is President of both Uni-Bilt Systems, Inc. and Universal Erectors, Inc. While working as a field supervisor erecting buildings he earned a degree in Architectural Drafting and Design Technology. Wade also served in the U. S. Army, obtaining the rank of Chief Warrant Officer and was a Helicopter Instructor Pilot and is still a Commercial Pilot. He returned to the Metal Building Industry in 1992. Wade is a Certified Building Contractor and a Certified Roofing Contractor. He is a national board member for the Metal Building Contractors & Erectors Association (MBCEA) and the Metal Building Institute (MBI) and serves as acting President of the South East Chapter, which serves Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi and Tennessee.

Dale Nelson is President and Co-Founder of Roof Hugger, Inc. He has been in retrofit metal roof construction for 18 years and in “Design Build” metal building construction for 35 years, including the development and build-out of three industrial parks. He spent several years contracting on St. Croix in the USVI after Hurricane Hugo providing him significant first hand experience with numerous types of catastrophic building failures both conventional and Pre-engineered. He holds a Class “A” Florida Contractors License, a St. Croix General Contractors license, and a Florida Real Estate Brokers License.

Dajhan van Rooyen (DJ) is the CEO of Uniqco LLC, Uniqco Steel Buildings and Uniqco Excavating. He was born and raised in South Africa and now resides in Central Florida with his family. DJ is a licensed general contractor with a vast array of experience in Turn Key Shell Contracting as well as design built projects. He is a firm believer of the LEED building code and Green Building Systems. In the past five years he has built in 34 states and over 200 projects.
