Leading Small Teams - In the C-Suite and Beyond - a MAD Session
Event Details
Construction companies are filled with small teams that need to function at a high level in order for companies to be successful. From foremen in the field leading a team of workers all the way up to the C-Suite in the company, each of these groups has to be successful in accomplishing their assigned objectives and integrated into the larger team for the company to be successful. These opportunities to lead smaller teams are also the training ground for bigger leadership roles in the company. This program will discuss the practical application of universal leadership traits to small team environments. Participants will learn how to identify the objective of their small team and help drive that team towards the stated goal. Topics to be covered include understanding the objective, effective communication, promoting accountability, and other related topics. Please bring your questions and join us for this very informative program hosted by the Mid-Atlantic Division of the MBCEA and presented by General Counsel Josh Quinter.
