Adult and Child CPR with Basic First Aid
First Aid:

A classroom, video based, instructor led course that teaches critical skills to respond and manage an emergency in the first few minutes until emergency medical services arrives. You will learn skills such as how to treat bleeding, sprains, broken bones, shock and other first aid emergencies.

CPR:

A classroom, video based, instructor led course that teaches adult and child CPR and AED use, as well as how to relieve choking in an adult. This course will meet job, regulatory or other requirements.

OSHA and AHA (American Heart Association) work together to raise awareness about safety and health to prevent injuries, illnesses and fatalities in the workplace.

All participants will be issued an educational guide card and will be emailed an e-certification card to their individual email address. Participants will need to accept the card from their own email in order to give it to their employer.  Note: There are no paper, physical cards issued any longer.
