Mid-Atlantic Chapter News

Registration is now open for the 16th Annual Golf Tournament to be held on June 10, 2022 at Golden Oaks in Fleetwood PA. It is always a fantastic time to get together with colleagues, potential customers, mentors, and friends. Please join us by completing and returning the registration form by Friday, 6/3. This is a great opportunity to bring customers, potential new MBCEA members, to see the fun and networking side of the association.

We appreciate the support of Butler, Therm-All, SafetyWorks, Service Partners, Bay Insulation, Bailey Insurance Agency, Hance Construction, PDL Building Products, and Markel Sales who have pledged sponsorship of this event. Proceeds from the tournament provide low-cost training for members and fund our scholarship program. There are still a few sponsorship opportunities available including the main event sponsor, and plenty of hole sponsors, so sign up now!

The Mid-Atlantic Division continues to open their virtual meetings to the national membership and looks forward to presenting a Basic Leadership Training Course on Friday, May 20. MAD Treasurer David Leinbach and MAD President Josh Quinter will present.

You are invited to "Marketing Your Company" by Bruce McCardle, Mid-Atlantic Chapter board member and District Manager with Nucor Building Systems. The Kaiser Martin Group in Temple, PA will be hosting this in-person meeting, with a virtual option, on Wednesday, June 29, at 8:30 am. Duration is about one hour.

Greater Ohio Chapter News

As they say, "It's in the record books!" We had a great day of learning here in Cincinnati, OH on April 22. The coffee was hot, the food was good, and we all walked away with a great deal of information that can only help our support teams and customers moving forward.

A "Big" THANK YOU to our guest speaker, Dr. Lee Shoemaker Ph.D, PE, for traveling from his office in Cleveland and taking the day with us to provide COMcheck Training. Secondly, THANK YOU to the MESSER team for being such wonderful hosts to the "GO" MBCEA Chapter. We appreciate everyone's contribution to make today a success!

Save the date!!! Our golf outing will be held, Thursday, August 4, 2022 in Medina, OH. More to come...

New England Chapter News

The MBCEA - New England Chapter would like to thank Adam Drummond from National Safety Services, LLC for putting on our last two training sessions. One on March 17^th for Qualified Riggers and Signalman Training and the second on May 18^th for CPR/First Aid Training. Between the two events Adam was able to provide training to 42 member employees. Thank you, Adam, and all that attended.

Save the date! The 31^st Annual New England Chapter Golf Tournament will be held at the Lake of Isles Golf Course @ Foxwoods on July 21, 2022. Please keep an eye out for the entry and sponsorship forms that will be circulated this week. A block on rooms is being held for the night before (7/20) and the night of the tournament (7/21). Hotel booking information will be provided on the entry form.

Rocky Mountain Chapter News

The Rocky Mountain Chapter is holding their 7th Annual Sporting Clays Tournament on June 17th at Kiowa Creek Sporting Club. Event includes all shells and lunch. See the Registration Form for more information and to register.
