LEAD Metal Building Erector - JRP Construction, LLC

Job Overview:

We seek an experienced Working Supervisor to lead our team of Pre Engineered Metal Bldg Erectors. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with the installation of complete Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings, including primary and secondary steel, insulated panels, wall and roof panels, SSR roof systems, insulation, trims, gutters, downspouts, man doors, roll-up doors, and other related tasks involved in pre-engineered building erection.

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage a team of Pre-Engineered Bldg Erectors.

Interpret and read project plans effectively.

Ensure crew productivity and performance align with project plans and schedules.

Actively contributes to the development and completion of construction projects.

Maintain compliance with design requirements, quality, and safety standards.

Experience with PEMB manufacturers.

Manage materials and resources, ensuring they meet quality standards.

Oversee small projects and repairs alongside larger building projects.

Maintain a clean record and uphold a drug-free environment.

Job Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) construction.

Strong ability to meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Experience in resource coordination, material scheduling, and operating reach lifts.

Intermediate computer skills in MS Office; experience with MS Project is an advantage.

Having a clean record is essential for getting onto government jobs.

Additional trade experience is an asset; please specify.

Compensation:

Hourly Rate (DOE).
